About White Fence Farm: At White Fence Farm, we use only the highest quality fresh, never frozen chicken! First, a mild breading is applied. The chicken is then pressure cooked; cooking it all the way through, before it is even placed in the fryer. The chicken is then flash fried and ready to be served, to you, our guests!
